Re:Crash Dragon Rapide à Sam Nuea (Laos) 9 avril 1957

On 9 April, 1957, the courier aircraft (Dragonfly) flying from Vientiane to Sam Neua crashed while attempting to land at Sam Neua airport with the result that all the three persons in it were killed. They were Lt. Col. Khushal Chand, MVC (Indian Army), Pilot Roland Duthu 45 of Lao Air Service and Sgt. Michel Gac of French Air Force Line of Communications in Indo-China. The Commission rendered respect to the memory of these men who died in the service of the Commission. As soon as necessary details become available. the question of suitable compensation to the families of these three men wilt be discussed.
